All clients are responsible for canceling or calling the salon or myself to cancel appointments in a timely manner. Unless you are a minor, you are personally responsible to cancel appointments yourself. If appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to service a 50% fee will be charged. If appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hour prior to service a 100% fee will be charged. Failure to cancel or reschedule will result in a 100% fee and require a 50% of next service to rebook. While I understand these fees can be disruptive to some, these policies keep my business fair to all clients and create healthy boundaries. These are subject to change or be reduced in the case of emergencies as I do understand we are all human and things do happen.
